You have Dell Premier Color included with your XPS 15. Go to the "Advanced" tab and set the color temperature slider to where white's aren't blue and are white to your eyes.

I switched to Dell from my aging HP Pavilion as the XPS is very highly recommended for photographers, but the colours I am seeing everywhere - including in Photoshop - are far too saturated and unnatural.

On battery mode with (colour-calibration within windows) I have 295nits, which is too low by far.
