WebI just realized From A Basement On The Hill is Elliott Smith's best album, AMA Obviously the title is a joke, Im not into "bests" and I love all of Elliott's work for all the same reasons. He is one of my favorite songwriters ever. But I think there really is something to be said for how beautiful and mature the songwriting is on FRBOTH.
